工签申请老婆power of attorney ?

大家好，工签申请老婆，添加附件最后一项是power of attorney,这个授权代理书是该在国内找个代理律师？
Use this power of attorney if you are going to move to someone, study, work or visit Sweden and you want someone to represent you.
还是个必须添加的附件，我不找委托人还不行了，
我怎么就是看不懂move to someone blabla的到底是个什么东西，

不用找律师，直接把你夫人信息填一下，然后签个字给你的单位负责你这个招聘的人，在移民局申请工作签证用

应该是你老婆自己申请就不用POA了吧？只有委托他人才需要

From Migrationsverket: If you want your family member in Sweden to represent you, you can give him or her power of attorney. If your family member has power of attorney, the decision will be sent to them, and it is his or her responsibility to inform you of the Swedish Migration Agency's decision. If you have not given power of attorney to anyone, the embassy or consulate-general will inform you of the decision.

表格上上边填你的信息，下边你老婆的信息然后签字。不需要什么律师
