Imaginea world where trains run continuously, picking up passengers without everhaving to waste time stopping and starting at individual stations.

想象一下这样的世界：火车永不停止的运转，在经过车站时都不用浪费时间停下来接乘客。

That’sthe vision behind a revolutionary concept created by Chinese designer ChenJianjun.

这个革命性的概念由中国设计师陈建军发起。

Ratherthan waiting on a platform and filing through the train’s series of narrowdoors, passengers wait in a pod above the tracks.

乘客再也不用在站台上等待，也不用排队通过火车一系列狭窄的门，而是在轨道上的吊舱里面等待。

As thetrain passes through the station, the pod locks onto the roof of the train andthe passengers descend down a staircase into the train below.

当火车通过车站时，吊舱锁住火车车顶，然后乘客通过一个楼梯进入到底下的火车车厢里。



Theconcept was created by Chinese designer Chen Jianjun. In a video describing theidea, passengers are shown boarding a pod located on a platform above the traintracks, pictured. As the train enters the station, the tracks dip and the trainpasses underneath this pod

这个概念是中国设计师陈建军想出来的。在模拟视频中，乘客们走进了位于铁轨上方站台上的一个吊舱里。当火车进站时，铁轨下沉，火车从吊舱底下通过。

Thecabin then moves to the back of the train where people who want to exit at thenext stop ascend into the roof-top pod.

那些想要下车的乘客会移动到车厢尾部，然后进入顶部吊舱，就可在下一站下车。

As thetrain approaches the next station, the pod detaches and comes to a stop at thestation, as the next pod is collected.

当火车到站时，尾部吊舱脱离，另外一个吊舱再次连接上火车。



Thevideo is in Chinese, but according to a translated version, the designerexplains that on a journey between Beijing and Guangzhou there can be up to
30stops.

这个视频是中文的，设计者说在北京和广州之间，火车站点差不多有30个。

Ifeach stop takes approximately five minutes to drop off and pick up passengers,this adds an extra 2 hours and 30 minutes to the journey.

所以如果每站火车需要停5分钟来让乘客上下车，那么整个旅途就增加了两个半小时的时间。

Thevideo also explains that the concept would save energy and fuel without havingto stop and start each time.

该视频还说，这种概念还能节省能源和燃料，因为不用停停开开。



Sincethe concept video emerged, a number of other designers have also suggested thatinstead of a staircase, passengers could slide down a chute onto a cushion inorder to save even more time.

自从该视频出现以来，有许多其他设计者还建议说可以用斜槽来代替楼梯，这样可以节省更多时间。

Theconcept does not explain how disabled people, or people who are unable to usestairs, would use the system, for example, and there are also no plans to makethis concept a reality yet.

该概念并没有说明残疾人或者无法使用楼梯的人要怎么使用楼梯，目前也没有使这个概念实现的相关计划。
