请问ST1表的填表规则.

Primary and secondary school  6years  completed
Upper secondary school 3years completed

Higher education      4years  completed
or
Higher education      8years  uncompleted

本人目前是博士二年级 硕博连读 纠结于Higher education这一项，是填写本科4年的已完成还是本硕博8年未完成，希望有类似情况的朋友能够给予指点.

另外
Other schooling,work experience,qualification,skills,practical experience,etc.
这一项后面，有类似情况的朋友填写了吗？
