我有意大利长期居留 我打算明年就去英国留学 不过英国政府有3个价格 一个是给本国人的 一个给欧盟成员 还有一个给其他国家的 那么我是算那个价钱啊？   希望那位大侠英语好的可以去帮我看看 先谢谢了  还有就是像我这样能不能得到政府的帮助  因为英国政府会借钱给本国人以及欧盟成员的人们读书 那我呢、。？

英语不好去那留学？ 学语言么？
你有长期居留，只能说明你是具有短期的居留权而已。。。。。。。。。。

定义 》如果你拥有EU欧盟的国际。
白话  》你拥有意大利长期居留---应该不算欧盟国际，所谓应该看护照国际。所以，不可用意大利居留。

定义 》 citizen -- 公民。

你不可用EEA的条件来申请，应为不是EEA公民。

学金融 和经济学 ---有很多technical terms 和　舆论，语言不好，对你好点难。但你肯下苦工的话，应该没问题。
